The following invoice is for Ms. Julie Nimtz for website hosting and travel database licensing for which Ms. Nimtz has skipped out on paying.
Ms. Nimtz paid for 2009 and when I spoke to her in November 2009 she stated the wasn't sure if she was going to stay in the industry. I asked that she let me know so I could cancel her server space and she agreed. That was the last I heard from her.
Mid-2010 I started sending emails and receiving no response. I tried calling her in Rockford, IL and the phone was disconnected. I sent more emails and printed invoices to the address she had given me in Florida, none of which were returned.
I have disconnected Julie's DestTvl.com website which has also removed the content from JohannesTravel.net, which she has switched to her FL travel agency. She has also started the "Celebration Travel Club" and when I tried to join on "MeetUp.com", she refused my membership because I didn't live in Celebration, FL... so she knows she skipped out and that I'm onto her.
I have called Ms. Nimtz every week and left a message however she has not called me back.
Her home in Celebration is going for a short-sale therefore.
